AI Automation & Integration Consultant

I architect and ship AI workflows into real businesses — the systems that do the outreach, the ops, the content, the CRM. Not throwaway prototypes.

Most AI work stops at a demo. I build the version that runs on Monday morning, handles real data, and keeps running when a platform changes underneath it.

On the call I’ll show you the CRM running live, not a slide deck.

What I take on

Start small

Pilot: one workflow, one week

Hire me for one job before you hire me for the big one.

Pick the single task eating the most time this week. I build it, deploy it on your infrastructure, and hand it over working. If it does not do what I said it would, you do not pay.

The fee comes off the price if you go on to a full project.

Outreach Automation Sprint

A lead machine that runs itself.

Scraping, enrichment, and personalized LinkedIn/WhatsApp outreach wired into your CRM — built on infrastructure that survives the platform changing its interface, with a health check so it fails loudly instead of silently.

$1,500 – $4,0001–2 weeks

$1,500 covers one channel and one lead source, wired into your CRM. It moves toward $4,000 with multiple channels, enrichment from several sources, or per-lead messaging personalized by AI.

Custom AI Agent for Your Ops

A tireless teammate for one painful job.

A scoped agent that handles one repetitive job end to end — inbox triage, report generation, data crawling, or a content-to-video pipeline. Built, deployed, and documented so it keeps running without me.

$3,000 – $8,0002–4 weeks

$3,000 is one job, one clear input and output, running on your infrastructure. It moves toward $8,000 when the agent spans several systems, needs a human approval step, or has to hold up under real volume.

Founding-client pricing. I’m taking on my first few consulting clients, so these rates are below what this work will cost later. In exchange I ask for a reference once it’s running — not a logo on a website, just a straight answer if someone asks you whether it worked.

Fix & Ship

You built it with AI, it’s getting traction, and now you’re scared to touch it. That’s a common spot to be in, and it’s fixable.

Free first step

20-minute teardown video

Send me the app. I record myself going through it and tell you what’s broken, what’s risky and what can wait.

The video is yours whether or not we work together.

Fix & Ship sprint

Make it safe to keep growing.

Security first: Supabase RLS or Firebase rules, exposed API keys. Then the broken sign-up flows and webhooks. If Apple rejected you under guideline 4.2, I add real native features so it passes, and I handle the store submission.

$750 – $2,0005–7 days, fixed scope

AI sprint

Add AI properly, or pay less for the AI you have.

Wire AI features in so they hold up with real users, or cut your LLM bill with caching, smaller models and tighter prompts. On-device models are an option when privacy or cost calls for it.

$900 – $2,5001–2 weeks

Care plan

Someone who knows the code, on call.

Updates, fixes, dependency and security patches, and small changes each month, so the app keeps working after the sprint ends.

See it running

Closdex

A full platform, not a feature: salespeople practice against AI-simulated leads and get scored on a transparent rubric, companies browse rank-vetted talent and hire. Next.js and NestJS, eighteen API modules across auth, payments, AI scoring, queues and notifications, on Postgres and Redis. 260 commits since May, deployed and serving traffic.

Outreach engine

LinkedIn and WhatsApp lead generation on persistent sessions, video posting included. Running since June and still working after LinkedIn redesigned its composer underneath it — most scrapers die at exactly that point. Built with a health check that fails loudly, because the expensive failure is the one that looks fine in the logs.

Ghostly

A consumer app on the Play Store, built solo end to end: live Postgres backend and a daily content pipeline that still runs. Shipped, not prototyped.
